You as a customer always have the possibility of 2 choices when buying from us at Functional Care
These two choices are:
To buy products at the VIP price
To buy products at a regular price
When you as a customer actively choose to buy a product and become a VIP customer, you choose to become a VIP customer. Our VIP customers get their own VIP portal with dozens of products at a cheaper price. The products you get access to are discounted up to 90% for VIP customers only.
If you do not choose to become a VIP customer, you will not receive any benefits at all.
The price to become a VIP customer is 29 euro per month. You as a VIP customer will be charged this amount every month until you choose to terminate your membership.
You can easily and smoothly terminate your membership within your VIP portal.
Note that you as a VIP customer do not have a right of withdrawal.
You as a customer have actively chosen to become a VIP member and accepted the purchase conditions for VIP members.

VIP customers get access to a service that is performed directly after purchasing the VIP program. With this, you as a customer have no right of withdrawal when it is completed. Your digital content as a VIP customer is eBooks, e-courses and digital access to a web portal with a wide range of cheaper products.
A completed service, if you have agreed that the service starts to be performed and that there is no right of withdrawal once it has been completed. Digital content, such as programs, apps, games or music, delivered digitally, if you have agreed to the delivery in that way and you have no right of withdrawal.
An urgent repair or maintenance operation in your home, if the visit is at your initiative and the repair or operation is related to this.
Services that take place on a specific day or during a specific period of time, such as car rental, catering, cultural events, sports events or any similar leisure activity.
